oOpsCentre helps event operations teams coordinate people, messages, tasks, resources, maps, schedules, and safety workflows. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, organization membership, event assignments, profile preferences, notification settings, and authentication activity. Event administrators may also configure operational records such as schedules, team pages, tasks, handoffs, notes, messages, resources, locations, maps, QR credentials, scan logs, reports, and related metadata.
How we use information
We use information to provide the oOpsCentre service, authenticate users, route operational communications, send requested notifications, support event safety and logistics workflows, troubleshoot issues, protect against misuse, and maintain auditability for event operations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be visible to authorized members of your organization or event based on permissions configured in oOpsCentre. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, messaging, notifications, payments, and diagnostics when needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Account profile information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Operational event records may be retained by the organization that created them for safety, audit, reporting, legal, billing, or continuity purposes. You can request account deletion or personal data removal through the data deletion page.
